60-minute coaching + process** session by phone
4-session packages *** combining 30-minute and 60-minute sessions
* "Coaching" may include:
- Listening to & witnessing of you where you are
- Discussion of metaphysical concepts for you to consider
- Suggestions for different thoughts, actions, & behaviors to try on between sessions
- Affirmations to write down and say to yourself, often & with conviction!
- Assigned tasks to do (if you choose) between sessions (i.e. writing/journaling, receiving, releasing, mirror work, dream/vision board creation, etc.)
- Reflection of you as unique, precious, and magical!
** "Process" may include:
- Guided imagery journey
